Stowe (February 14-15th) Days 5-6

So I'm a little behind on updating the old blog! But can you blame me there's snow on the mountains that call my name!!

Day 5:
So as per usual early wake up and on the mountain by half 9 ish. Snow was good although patches were starting to form mougles and ice! But hey what's fun without a bit of danger!

We decided not to eat on the mountain and went for food in the town later on in the day, pizza was the plan!

Chilled out until about 7pm then we went to a place called The Hob Knob Inn, nice little place. Our waitress was Kass and she was so awesome! Lots of banter and talking about routes on the mountain! She happened to be an instructor for little kids! Even though I would give that job a shot, it sounds like a lot of hard work ha ha!

Day 6:
Leftover pizza for breaky!! Cold of course!
Today was our last day on the mountain so I had to make the most of it! We were on the mountain at 9am sharp!
Warm up was good and freshly groomed snow! Today was going to be awesome!!

After about 3 hours skiing we stopped for a snack. Then out again, another 4 hours and a spot of lunch! And back out! We eventually got off the mountain around 4 pm ish. Last day was a go big or go home! Big air, huge slams and loads of fun!!

We came back to packing! Oh the joy.
I decided to leave mine till last minute as always!

We went out for Italian, I had Canelloni. Now it might have been me not reading the menu properly I don't know, but I had no idea that it was pasta stuffed with fetta cheese. I really do not like that cheese, oh well I had to eat it!

Heading to the outlets tomorrow for be a bit of shopping!!

Today we set off for Stowe! Location: Boston, Massachusetts  Weather: Sunny/Cloudy  Temp: -12°  We had the afternoon left in Boston yesterday which we spent most of it in bars (I'm not complaining). Since there is a 5 hour time difference sleeping was a little odd, managed to wake up at 3am and then managed to get up at 6:30am which is around 11:30am in the UK. Hawaii 2012 (30th May) - Day 3

Off to Kauai in Hawaii today!  Well My sleep was pretty amazing, air con that actually works and a bed that didn't suck! Wonderfullll! Anyway woke up about 8 ish this morning, had a quick sunbath by the pool before going down for a feast of a breakfast! (was pretty awesome) After some filling breakfast we headed off to the airport, (for a world famous airport it really wasn't they impressive) yeah i admit the place was HUGE but inside it has nothing to do! (kinda like the Tardis but the other way round,yeah.) The flight was about 5 hours long, so wasn't as bad as the trip from Heathrow to LAX but still kinda bored! All i can say is thank god i bought mine craft on my mac, oh and my iPod (lifesaver!) Arriving at Kauai airport was weird, the place is so chilled out! The whole airport was made of wood!!! WOOD!! Boston/Stowe (17th February 2015) - Day 6

Its ski time 2 (This time i mean it) Location: Stowe, Vermont  Weather: Sunny/Cloudy Temp: -10°C  Im feeling much better (thank you for asking), although I'm writing this late at night when I'm tired and have to get up early again for more skiing action so i apologies in advance if this post seems a little rubbish!  The weather was pretty much perfect, i mean yeah the starting temp was around -22 but it warmed up! Oh i forgot breakfast! i had leftover pizza from last night. (Super interesting i know) Anyway, the snow was awesome although there was a few hard packed and powdery patches around but nothing you can't get your edges into!  We didn't spend too long on the mountain as i've managed to pass on my germy germs onto my parents, (best son ever!) We got a few hours in bare in mind that this was my first day so we all had to get our rhythm back! And yeah it didn't take long, one easy run and I'm back in the zone (Insert shade...
