San Francisco 2012 - Day 5

Second day of skiing today I can say I woke up with a few aches and pains, as well as some unfortunate panda eyes. No sleep throughout the night once again, its getting annoying now but hey ho.

Set off to Sierra resort today, its about half hour from where were staying. The temperature is pretty stupid for the year, I was sat outside the bar in a t shirt and an ice cold mtn dew, I think you get the picture that its pretty hot. This isn't really helping the snow, the ice spots are getting worse and some parts are getting slushie.

The ski went pretty good today, I was alot chilled compared to yesterday. Probably knew how I was going wrong yesterday, still not sure which I prefer though between snowboarding and skiing.

We net up with our friends from Orlando today I was pretty syked to seem them again, we sat and chilled for a hour or so before we had to shoot off and get changed out of our ski gear.

Dinner was awesome! We went to this like brewery steak house thing it was aamazingggg!!!

The only thing I'm hating about this holiday is the fact that I don't get to talk to my best friend on a daily basis. As the time difference is 8 hours and i'm out all day by the time I get back to the hotel and get some internet connection its about 2:00am over in the UK and there in bed.

Today we set off for Stowe! Location: Boston, Massachusetts  Weather: Sunny/Cloudy  Temp: -12°  We had the afternoon left in Boston yesterday which we spent most of it in bars (I'm not complaining). Since there is a 5 hour time difference sleeping was a little odd, managed to wake up at 3am and then managed to get up at 6:30am which is around 11:30am in the UK. Hawaii 2012 (28th May) - Day 1

Off to Hawaii for my sisters wedding!! Left Cardiff around lunchtime for Heathrow in London, we stayed in the same hotel when we went to Canada! So yeah not much really happened on the first day, just beer and food mostly (not that I'm complaining!!) The temperature in the hotel room was something stupid like 27 degrees. We had air con, but it totaly sucked!! Not much to say on the first day of travelling, early night for an early wake up tomorrow morning! Hawaii 2012 (30th May) - Day 3

Off to Kauai in Hawaii today!  Well My sleep was pretty amazing, air con that actually works and a bed that didn't suck! Wonderfullll! Anyway woke up about 8 ish this morning, had a quick sunbath by the pool before going down for a feast of a breakfast! (was pretty awesome) After some filling breakfast we headed off to the airport, (for a world famous airport it really wasn't they impressive) yeah i admit the place was HUGE but inside it has nothing to do! (kinda like the Tardis but the other way round,yeah.) The flight was about 5 hours long, so wasn't as bad as the trip from Heathrow to LAX but still kinda bored! All i can say is thank god i bought mine craft on my mac, oh and my iPod (lifesaver!) Arriving at Kauai airport was weird, the place is so chilled out! The whole airport was made of wood!!! WOOD!! So yeah they was cool.  After we grabbed our bags and other rubbish we brought along with us we went to pic up our rental car, we have a Chrysler Miniva...
