San Francisco 2012 - Day 9

Fresh powder!!!!! Aww yeah last day on the slopes and we get 5 inches of fresh snow!! It's a pitty I can't stay longer but then again I'm missing certain people too much and my bed. I just wish we had snow like this in Wales, if we did I would be on those slopes every chance I could get!!

Anyway I've handed in my skis, poles and boots. It's always a sad time for me... snow will always be my Valentines. Oh yeah its Valentines day tomorrow, or today in the UK. Single another year running!

In other news.... went to a awesome Italian tonight and yet again pizza was the obvious choice!

Off to San Francisco tomorrow morning, and maybe a little shopping in between (maybe).

Boston/Stowe (14th February 2015) - Day 3

Today we set off for Stowe! Location: Boston, Massachusetts  Weather: Sunny/Cloudy  Temp: -12°  We had the afternoon left in Boston yesterday which we spent most of it in bars (I'm not complaining). Since there is a 5 hour time difference sleeping was a little odd, managed to wake up at 3am and then managed to get up at 6:30am which is around 11:30am in the UK. So kind of fits my sleeping pattern right down to a tee!  I managed to get up just as the sun was rising! Hawaii 2012 (28th May) - Day 1

Off to Hawaii for my sisters wedding!! Left Cardiff around lunchtime for Heathrow in London, we stayed in the same hotel when we went to Canada! So yeah not much really happened on the first day, just beer and food mostly (not that I'm complaining!!) The temperature in the hotel room was something stupid like 27 degrees. We had air con, but it totaly sucked!! Not much to say on the first day of travelling, early night for an early wake up tomorrow morning! Hawaii 2012 (30th May) - Day 3

Off to Kauai in Hawaii today!  Well My sleep was pretty amazing, air con that actually works and a bed that didn't suck! Wonderfullll! Anyway woke up about 8 ish this morning, had a quick sunbath by the pool before going down for a feast of a breakfast! (was pretty awesome) After some filling breakfast we headed off to the airport, (for a world famous airport it really wasn't they impressive) yeah i admit the place was HUGE but inside it has nothing to do! (kinda like the Tardis but the other way round,yeah.) The flight was about 5 hours long, so wasn't as bad as the trip from Heathrow to LAX but still kinda bored! All i can say is thank god i bought mine craft on my mac, oh and my iPod (lifesaver!) Arriving at Kauai airport was weird, the place is so chilled out! The whole airport was made of wood!!! WOOD!! So yeah they was cool.  After we grabbed our bags and other rubbish we brought along with us we went to pic up our rental car, we have a Chrysler Miniva...
